Applications and structure :

With plastic extruder, calibration mould, haul-off, cutter, stacker, SJ-FGD plastic vacuum calibration tank is used to producing PVC rigidity plastic pipes. Main functions: In the situation that pipes extruding out from mould and passing the calibration sleeve, spray and cool the pipes, insure the integrity and compact of the plastics.

Vacuum calibration tank has vacuum system and cooling system. Vacuum system is composed of vacuum pump, vacuum meter, exhausting  valve etc. Vacuum pump is used to creating vacuum in the tank, vacuum meter reflect the vacuum degree, and exhausting valve adjust the vacuum degree according to the demand of products. Cooling system is composed of water pump, spray devices etc. water pump offer circular water for the spray devices through the water tank, and the operation of cooling and calibration by nozzle.
